Sellers
- Listing: free. Add up to 12 photos, full specs and a description. No time limit.
- Your first 5 sales are commission-free. No success fee and no listing & translation fee on the first 5 vehicles you sell to Vibe Motors & Homes buyers (sales you made before this offer started count among them; your dashboard shows how many you have left). The invoice for a free sale is ₱0 and says "Free sale 1 of 5" and so on. A cancelled or refunded sale does not use one up. If a buyer on a free sale came through an affiliate's link, the affiliate's reward is still paid — by Vibe Motors & Homes, not by you — once the team has checked the sale.
- Success fee. After your free sales, when you mark a vehicle as sold to a Vibe Motors & Homes buyer, an invoice for the success fee is created (the current rate is shown on the Sell page and on every invoice). Pay it by GCash, Maya or bank transfer and enter the reference; the team confirms it within one business day.
- Inspection (optional). If you ask for an inspection, the fee is invoiced when the report is published. The fee is fixed and shown before you request it.
- Featured placement (optional). The team can feature a listing on the home page and at the top of search for a set number of days.
What happens if an invoice is not paid
You can still chat and manage existing listings, but you cannot publish new ones until the invoice is settled. Overdue invoices also show on your profile to the team.
